Whitby Whale Watching works closely with the Sea Watch Foundation, sometimes with me as skipper. Our aim is to record the different species observed and also to see if any of the animals from previous years return. Perhaps sei, fin and humpback whales will once again be amongst the minkes!

Why report whale, dolphin and porpoise sightings to Dolphinspotter and the Sea Watch Foundation?

By reporting any sightings, you are helping to add information to the National Database held by the SeaWatch Foundation. This is used to focus research and conservation efforts in the areas where they are most often found. If you see anything, please let us know. Report sightings to us here or online at www.seawatchfoundation.org.uk
